Frodo Baggins has inherited a ring from his uncle, Bilbo, little knowing it is the Ring of Power that will enable Sauron to rule and destroy all that is good in Middle-Earth. From his humble and comfortable life, Frodo is thrust into a world so much bigger than he has imagined. How can one small hobbit make a difference against overwhelming odds and evil, and why continue when failure appears certain?
It is up to Frodo, with the help of the Fellowship, including his faithful servant and friend, Sam, and the old and wise wizard, Gandalf, to carry the One Ring to Mordor and destroy it. Facing Ringwraiths, Orcs, heartbreaking loss, and danger every moment, the adventure begins.

    Great!

One of my high schoolers really enjoyed this whole series, the other one did not… but he hates everything Language Arts. Personally, I find it very age appropriate, the format and questions are great, and I appreciate the answer key. ? Highly recommend this series!! We are calling it British Lit on the transcripts.
