Biographical true story.

The famous testimony of faith of Corrie ten Boom and her sister. As Christians during WWII,  the ten Boom's reached out to the Jews, who were being persecuted and often put to death by the Nazis. Their compassion extended to providing a secret room in their home in which the Jewish people could hide during Nazi raids. Thus, Corrie becomes steeped in the underground activity of protecting Jews in Holland during a perilous time in world history. With danger, suspense, and dire consequences in a Nazi concentration camp, Corrie and Betsie follow God's leading. They struggle with difficult moral questions and find there are no easy answers.

Featured Review:
"I teach English at a private school for homeschoolers, where the students attend school one day a week. I spend five weeks on this book and just love it, and I know it shows when I teach this book. Even though I love this book, having this study guide has helped me a lot with my lesson plans. I have a class of 24 (9th and 10th graders), and needed some standard questions for their journals and also some ideas for them for writing essays. This book helped me with both, as well as helping me study the text further on my own." - Dawn
