Our offices are running normally, and our shipping department is at peak efficiency, often processing order the same day they are placed. However, shipping companies are experiencing delays throughout the country, and it is becoming common to see a tracking number go for several days with no updates or progress.
We ask that you keep an eye on your tracking information, available in your Account under your Order History, and remain patient.
In virtually ALL cases, the package arrives just fine. It's simply taking longer than we are accustomed to.
