Loyalty and Rewards Program Closing

Our tech team has been working to resolve ongoing issues with the rewards program Progeny Press introduced in December of 2018. It is with heavy heart that we have decided to close the rewards program.
The Loyalty Rewards software provider we were working with has experienced compatibility issues with our eCommerce provider since its integration. At times it was found that it was not rewarding for valid purchases and reward actions, and other times it was duplicating and multiplying rewards erroneously.
After customers have brought their frustrations with trying to redeem their points to our attention, we have reviewed and audited the Rewards Program, and we have been unable to reach a satisfactory solution with the provider.
We have closed the rewards program and our Customer Care team will be going through our database to convert valid customer reward balances to an equivalent store credit.
