We have been alerted that some people have not received their orders yet, and it appears to be stemming from the Postal Service. All of our shipments via the Postal Service are routed through Des Moines, IA. In every case of a missing order, the tracking number indicates that it sat in Des Moines for an extended period.

There has been severe weather, including flooding in areas, but please know your orders are on the way, and you can check the tracking status and current information from your account.
